SMS Messaging

For details regarding SMS Messaging practices please review our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or trade your Personal Information, phone number(s), or SMS messaging opt-in consent to any third-party for marketing or promotional purposes or any other reason.

• You may consent to receive SMS messages for promotional and marketing messages by selecting the 'Opt-in' checkbox in our new customer onboarding process or verbally through one of our agents
• You can opt-out of SMS messaging at any time by replying 'STOP'
• You may reply 'START' to any prior SMS Message to restart the use of SMS messaging
• Promotional and marketing message frequency may vary
• SMS Message and data rates may apply
• For assistance you may reply with 'HELP' to any SMS message or visit our website

Access

You have multiple options for providing Victory Lap access to your home:

The most convenient method is to leave a key to your residence with Victory Lap. Your key will be kept safe and secure in our key safe. All keys are coded for security and will never have your name or address attached to them. If you have an alarm system, please give access instructions to your Victory Lap office.

For your safety, we do not return keys by mail. We ask that customers come to their Victory Lap office and present a picture ID before a key will be released. If it is not possible to leave a key with Victory Lap, you may meet the service provider at your residence.

Payment

Full payment is due at the time of your cleaning.

A credit card number must be kept on file with your Victory Lap office. Your account will be charged the balance due, plus any fees, for each cleaning unless you leave an alternate form of payment at the time of service. Victory Lap accepts MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or check.

A $25 fee will be charged for each returned check or failed credit card transaction.

Scheduling

Recurring cleanings are scheduled according to our checklist and priorities discussed during your consultation. One-Time Cleanings are scheduled as standard blocks of time. Every effort will be made to complete your service within the time allocated.

We strive to have the same staff members clean your home or office on a regular basis, however, this is not guaranteed. Due to vacation, illness or departure from the company, Victory Lap may occasionally provide a replacement professional house cleaner.
